MTHFR gene mutation and Implant removal, would it be possible to remove them under local anesthesia? (photos)

I am homozygous for MTHFR c677t and have a a hard time with methylation so going under is not ideal for me. I'm hoping to have my saline implants removed with local rather than general anesthesia. If one of my breasts feels slightly encapsulated, would I still be able to have them removed with local? I'd like to avoid general due to my mutation. I have a very hard time with general anesthesia. This is all new to me so any information is helpful. Thank you for your time!
