It's been 9 months since my rhinoplasty. I am quite unhappy with the outcome. Aesthetics aside, I can't breath for most of the day, and rarely, if ever, am able to breath through both nostrils. When I can breath, it's as if through a coffee straw. What is more, if I blow my nose hard enough the skin near my right eye puffs up. There is apparently a leak there. Also, the pink tissue in the inner corner of my right eye is now more visible and redder than the left. Can this be fixed?
