I have been shaving since i turned 16 because a friend told me it would help, And ever since then i shaved practically every month for a year then i stopped shaving and waited. Im almost 19 now and im worried ill never get facial hair. ):

Going for hair transplant in the scar and to fill in the failed hair transplant areas is an option which works well when done by an experienced surgeon. Another good option to hide the scar is scalp micro pigmentation.
It is not possible because there is too many risks involved, the hair transplant from one person to another is considered an organ transplant and your body may reject it.
