You need to have these treated as these are a sign of a possible infection.  Your physician will be able to guide you in how best to manage.

If you have red bumps and you are concerned see your doctor as soon as possible as it may be an infection.  If you saw your doctor and were given antibiotic use it as directed.  Follow your doctor's recommendations and go back if it is not working.

You should follow your doctors instructions.  If you continue to have these after you stop the medications, you should see your doctor for follow up for further treatment. 

That would be a red flag for an infection. Go back to have your doctor evaluate it. You run the risk of losing your transplants if an infection goes untreated.
