I had surgery on my neck C4 to C7 15 years ago, called ACDIF fusion. (Anterior cervical discectomy with instrumentation and fusion.) Since Ellacor is just removing skin , would it be ok to use on the neck area as well as lower face and jowls ,or should neck area in C4 to C7 be avoided ? Thank you !
