All of my life I’ve had very low malar fat pads, but as I get older they’re beginning to droop a lot which is giving me deep nasolabial folds as well as a distorted smile that I used to love. Would I be a candidate for a mid face lift given my abnormal malar sagging? If not, what options besides fillers do I have? I would like to avoid fillers at all costs. Thank you so much for reading.
