I am 30F, healthy, BMI of 20, and have wanted some sort of lift for a while. I have always had sagging in my mid face and as I get older I notice it more. Then only area I want to focus on is my mid face/cheek and brow area. I am thinking of a temporal cheek lift and I wonder if this is the right option. I’d prefer short incision and something with minimal downtime. I would like for everything to be lifted “up” and not “out” if that makes sense.
