Can a midface lift be done without permanent non-removable sutures? What about an endoscopic midface lift?

I am interested in a midface lift but I am wary of permanent sutures. I would like dissolvable sutures only or ones that are removed after surgery. I've heard of the endotine lift but not sure of its efficacy. Do most midface lifts involve permanent sutures?
