I have a FUE transplant scar on the back of my head. Could I use a deep chemical peel or Dermabrassion to create hypopigmentation in the area over and around the scars? This would in turn hide the dots, correct? I would be willing to trade the small noticeable dots for a large hypo-pigmented area as it wouldn’t be recognizable as a hair transplant. Alternatively, could microneedling and Bimatoprost help regain any pigment? I tried SMP, but the scarring was still visible.
