I'm so sorry you are going through this. I have repeatedly cautioned my regular followers that surgical revision has a high chance of given rise to stretch scars and tram track stitch marks, especially when performed in areas, such as between the eyebrows, that are subject to static and dynamic tension. So sorry, but of course hardly surprised by this happening here. Subcision would have been a good first choice for elevating and smoothing the original chickenpox scar. That being said, the current linear scar has a significant indented component, and hence would still be amenable to subcision. Once elevation and smoothing are achieved through this, then manual Dermastamp microneedling (no need for the added expense and added risks of RF microneedling) can be used to blend the treated area better in both color and texture with the surrounding normal skin. You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist, and best of luck.
