FDL or extended tummy tuck? (Photo)

Question

What procedure(s) do I need and which can be done in some combo over a couple of rounds? Should I do an extended tummy tuck and braline back lift together or a fdl and maybe arm lift together? Which type of tummy tuck will yield me good results? I had a tummy tuck years ago but was still left with skin and then I had another child. Want to get it right this time in as few surgeries as possible.

You'll need a FDL abdominoplasty.  The incision will need to be extended onto the flanks to get the right contour as well.

The fdl tummy tuck is almost never appropriate. The vertical skin excision will not do much other than leave you with an extra scar. Standard full tummy tuck with lipo of the hips

I would suggest starting with the exteneded tummy tuck. Once healed, then you could address your back area with surgery.

Based on your photos you can consider an extended tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring or perhaps a circumferential tummy tuck.  After recovery you can then address the upper back and arms.  Begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

I would do extended TT with possible brachioplasty first (depending on your preop blood count and blood loss during the operation). The extent of the tummy tuck should be based on the extent of skin laxity.
I think a wraparound, tummy tuck, a.k.a. body lift is a much better option than a fleur-de-lis. Sometimes even with a wraparound tummy tuck, a vertical component may still be needed. I don’t think a fleur-de-lis should be a substitute for a wraparound tummy tuck, but rather some thing that may need to be done in addition, if the wraparound is insufficient.
The following are some general guidelines for finding the right plastic surgeon.
To find the best provider, I suggest patient schedule multiple in person consultations with experienced plastic surgeons in their community. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body or facial characteristics to your own. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. An experienced provider should in fact have hundreds or preferably thousands of before and after pictures to choose from for commonly performed procedures. 
Being shown a handful of preselected images, representing the best results of a provider’s career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results will look like in the hands of each provider.
There is no correct number of consultations needed to find the best provider. The more consultations you scheduled the more likely you are to find the best provider for your needs. 
Take careful notes during each consultation, especially regarding the quantity and quality of before and after pictures. It’s not a bad idea to bring pictures of your own body/face to use as reference when reviewing before and after pictures. 
The biggest mistake patients make is scheduling only one consultation without properly vetting or comparing providers before scheduling surgery.
