Breasts are low and pushed to the sides. What are my options? (Photo)

I have 36- for my first surgery 9/2020 and my implants since day one have been falling to the side. Now they seem to be separating from my actual breast tissue.

Thank you for your question. It is hard to say by just looking on the photo, but it can be caused by the left implant slightly dropping, right breast to be more prone to sagging or the capsule on the left breast might be thicker, which makes the implant going up. If the cause is in the implant...

The implants are only held up by your skin envelope. The weight of the your implants is so great that it results in the skin stretching to compensate for the weight. You will need smaller implants or internally plication. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
