Female, 33 yrs 5'4", 110 Ibs, fair skin Prior to 3rd/last baby had C/D breasts, larger during breastfeeding. They are now shriveled, saggy & tiny like my confidence. I hate how I look/feel. They haven't been this small since middle school. I want to be as big or bigger thanwas. I'm in my 30's with boobs like a senior citizen.
Answer: Breasts You would do well with a breast augmentation and lift. I would avoid choosing large implants to avoid sagging. Very sagging stretched out thin tissue such as you have will not support heavy weight. You may also need some extra support with an internal bra of mesh.

Answer: Considering procedures From your photos you appear to be a candidate for a breast lift with implants. This will give you volume, upper pole fullness, raise the position of the nipple, and remove excess skin. The first step is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

Answer: Breast Lift/aug Thank you for your question and pics! Yes, you are definitely a candidate for a breast lift with augmentation. This will give you volume while lifting up for your breast tissue back up to the correct location. I recommend that you visit a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation. Best of luck.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Bellesoma Method In your pregnancy photographs, you can see your breasts were large and low on the chest wall. Implants alone will not be sufficient to solve your problem. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
