You can improve your nose significantly by defining the tip and reducing the hump. This is part of a regular rhinoplasty. But you have to be realistic about your expectations as the wish photograph is a person with different facial features. Use that as a guide to communicate with your surgeon but not as an exact match.

Fortunately, your nose is straight and there definitely areas that can be improved in order to help the proportion of your nose fall better in line with the rest of your face. The "bump" on the dorsum of your nose can be lowered by removing both cartilage and a little bone. The cartilages that make up the tip can also be narrowed and placed in a more favorable orientation. The best way to determine what is possible and right for you would be to schedule an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon that performs a significant number of rhinoplasty surgeries. With a physical exam and review of your photos, together with digital rendering, you will get a better idea of what is possible and right for you.

In person exam is essential. Based on limited photos - you appear to be a good candidate for Rhinoplasty performed through a closed technique. In the right, experienced hands - you can expect a more feminine, more elegant nose. However, keep in mind that it appears that you have thicker than usual skin which may affect final refinements.

It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Hello and thank you for your question. In order to get such a nose result from the rhinoplasty surgery, you need to have a square forehead. If you get your bridge area reduced without reforming your forehead, the distance between your eyes will expand and you will look like you have crossed eyes. Therefore, the result you desire is actually not realistic. Other than that, it can be designed a well-shaped, suitable, and proportioned nose for your face.

There are certainly some significant improvements that can occur with a closed rhinoplasty regarding your nose, but a button nose would not look very natural. Thick skin in the tip of the nose is going to prevent refinement in that area, so it is very important to have realistic expectations. Digital Computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can and cannot be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features.
