You can improve your nose significantly by defining the tip and reducing the hump. This is part of a regular rhinoplasty. But you have to be realistic about your expectations as the wish photograph is a person with different facial features. Use that as a guide to communicate with your surgeon but not as an exact match.

Fortunately, your nose is straight and there definitely areas that can be improved in order to help the proportion of your nose fall better in line with the rest of your face. The "bump" on the dorsum of your nose can be lowered by removing both cartilage and a little bone. The cartilages that make up the tip can also be narrowed and placed in a more favorable orientation. The best way to determine what is possible and right for you would be to schedule an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon that performs a significant number of rhinoplasty surgeries. With a physical exam and review of your photos, together with digital rendering, you will get a better idea of what is possible and right for you.
