What type of procedure do I need to lift tip of nose and minimize nostrils?

Hi, I like how my nose looks when I squeeze my upper lip together and slightly raise it (like in picture). What type of nose job would give me this look? Where can I go? How much is it? What is down time? Thank u!

You can have the lower half of the nose (tip and nostrils) addressed without breaking the nasal bones. Tip-plasty can address the bulbous tip either through closed or open approach to make it narrow and refined.
Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as well like ‘Weir Excisions’ or ‘Nostril Reduction’. However, it is important to note that asymmetry of nostrils is common and cannot be corrected with alarplasty.
 Both of these can be done under local anethesia.

An alar plasty can accomplish narrowing wide nostrils. A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish refinement and lifting the nasal tip, reducing the hanging columella, and narrowing the bridge line to ensure that all the components of the nose are balanced. Based from the photo of your desired result, and your description, a combination of tipplasty and alarplasty may be needed. In general, increasing the height of the tip of the nose results in narrowing down of the alars. If this is not enough, then an alarplasty can be done as well.
