I am wanting to confirm the main issue with my nose tip. If this is hanging columella, droopy or bulbous tip. From the top view of the nose you can see nostril/tip deviation. Can the tip or columella be shaved off? I would like to improve my nose tip only. Should I focus on tip elevation, deviation or bulbous issue? I would prefer a simple closed technique if possible.
