20 years post op - Would I benefit from revision rhinoplasty? Also considering deep neck contouring to define jaw line. (Photos)

I’m 34. 5’6”. 120 pounds. I had a rhinoplasty about 20 years ago when I was 14. I never have liked the result as it’s still large, round, and bulbous tip. As well as some asymmetry. It seems revisions are risky and can look even worse a lot of the time. Would it make sense for me to get a revision to refine the tip and deproject? Would this be considered a poor result or am I being overly critical? I’m also considering a deep neck contouring procedure at the same time to address small chin and undefined jawline. Trying to decide if I should only get the neck procedure and leave my nose alone and go for the revision? Thanks for any help!
