I am female, 5’4, 125 lbs, 26 years old. I’ve noticed a lot of facial sagging and gravity setting in, over the last couple of years. It has become more noticeable in the last year or so. Specifically I’m my cheeks. I’ve seen a large loss of fat and volume in the center of my face. My lower face seems to be dropping a bit. My jowls are becoming noticeable. I want to achieve more of a heart face shape I’m curious if facial contouring is the answer? Or is fat transfer the way to go?
Answer: Facial contours You will have the best results from a combination of treatments. Botox can be used to slim the jawline. Fillers can be used to add volume to the cheeks, address jowling, and define contours. Morpheus8 can provide overall improvement in skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Number One Thermage FLX Hello; first of all, you are 26 years old and you are pretty young. This age, is not yet an age; where collagen decreases and elasticity is lost. In people with cheeks, the face, sags quicker; dry skin wrinkles quickly as well. This is a classic. You have a slight ripple in your midface area. This is; because, fat pads there; slide downwards. This will continue to progress over time; as you get older. For this reason, in women with cheeks, the midface line and then, nasolabial and marionette lines become more prominent. My suggestion to you is; not using for fillers or fat injection. This makes your face coarser and may even slide downwards; causing your face to appear rounder and wider towards the sides and may distort your chin contour as a whole. The treatment, you should have is Thermage FLX. Thermage FLX is number one in the world; as a non-surgical face lifting. Affects are seen immediately; it stays for years. It is a monopolar radiofrequency system. It clarifies your chin contour; make your pores narrow, your fine wrinkles are deleted; it revitalizes circulation in the implemented area and eliminates edema. You won't notice it at all; but you will instantly start to observe positive difference and then; you will feel much more beautiful that; every time you look in the mirror for 6 months. What you need to do is a program that; will lift up fat pads, lift up the face and enhance your chin contour. Best regards.

Answer: Robust HA Volumzing Fillers Work Well For Contouring A Feminine, Heart-Shaped, Oval Face A frontal, full-faced view would have been very helpful for determining the best approaches for contouring a more feminine, oval, heart-shaped face. Generally speaking, however, the use of a robust HA filler, nonsurgical cheek augmentation by itself is able to accomplish this. Occasionally, this needs to be supplemented by the use of a another robust HA filler positioned in the region of the angle of the mandible. In your search you will no doubt be hawked this or that, expensive RF skin or other skin tightening devices. Unfortunately, the hard science to back up the use of these expensive gizmos lags well behind the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz that surrounds their use. So, "buyer beware." As for fat transfer, you would be wise to note that, despite claims to the contrary, much of the transplanted fat separated from its original donor site does not survive in its new location, and that which does survive retains the characteristics of the site from which it is obtained--meaning that belly fat, for example, transplanted into the face retains the unwanted ability to develop a "midriff bulge" in the face as one ages, just as it would if it had remained in the belly. So, again, buyer beware. Hope this all helps and best of luck. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
