Getting AccuTite/Morpheus8, but poor reviews have given me pause - is this likely to be a worthwhile treatment for me? (photos)

I am 58, 5'6", 120 lbs. I looked into Accutite/Morpheus (combo treatment) for emergent jowls. Am seeking objective opinions about whether this is likely to be a worthwhile procedure for me

You should have some benefit from AccuTite and Morpheus8 but you will have the best results from a lower facelift.  This will contour the lower face and jawline.  It will also address the jowls.  I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation.

Good for you that you have apparently done your due diligence on the disappointing results from the plethora of expensive, faddish, "bells and whistles" energy devices out there, be they fraxel lasers, RF devices, or ultrasound machines. My readers can attest to the fact that I have been writing for years that these here-today, gone-tomorrow devices are far more heavily backed by device manufacturer supported marketing hype than hard science. The volume deficit flattening seen in the photos of the cheeks, the smile lines, the  jowl formation along the jawline can all be easily addressed with appropriate choices of robust HA fillers injected with the proper technique for each region. Treatments can be divided into sessions, or, as most people choose in my practice, to undergo in one 30-45 session. Results typically engender little to no significant downtime and evoke an immediate "Wow!" response. Make sure that you consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be certain to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. And, once again, you should be applauded for your due diligence when it came to the energy-based devices. Best of luck.

Both would be great treatment options for the lower face and jowls. The preciseness of AccuTite can target the jowls and Morpheus will tighten the skin for a nice subtle lift.
