Getting AccuTite/Morpheus8, but poor reviews have given me pause - is this likely to be a worthwhile treatment for me? (photos)

Good for you that you have apparently done your due diligence on the disappointing results from the plethora of expensive, faddish, "bells and whistles" energy devices out there, be they fraxel lasers, RF devices, or ultrasound machines. Both would be great treatment options for the lower face and jowls. The preciseness of AccuTite can target the jowls and Morpheus will tighten the skin for a nice subtle lift.

You should have some benefit from AccuTite and Morpheus8 but you will have the best results from a lower facelift. This will contour the lower face and jawline. It will also address the jowls. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation.
