Including for the jowls, cheeks, under the eye? Are laser treatments for skin tightening on the face effective? I had a Pdo thread lift but then read about accutite and facetite. What are the best treatments that last the longest that are nonsurgical for tightening the face (jowls, cheeks, under the eye)?

Answer: Considering options AccuTite is certainly an option to help improve the facial areas you mentioned. This treatment uses RF technology to help tighten skin. Answer: Skin tightening Thank you for your question. Right now the best treatment for skin tightening is Facetite, Accutite and Bodytite. It is a three step procedure that aims to reduce adipose tissue (fat) and tighten skin non-surgically. The patient is numbed with tumescent fluid before the procedure begins. Once numb, the three steps are 1. Skin tightening and adipose tissue remodeling (fat melting) internally with the Facetite hand piece using radiofrequency energy, 2. Liposuction to remove adipose tissue, and 3. Morpheus8, also with radiofrequency energy, for an added skin tightening benefit. The results are amazing. The fat lose due to liposuction is seen almost immediately once the swelling, if any, subsides. The skin will continue to improve and tighten over the course of a few months. It would be nice if the collagen production was fast to see immediate results, but it isn’t. Collagen needs time to form and tighten the skin. Keep in mind, this is not surgery and results may not be what is seen following a surgical procedure and it may require maintenance. For instance, your provider might recommend a yearly Morpheus8 maintenance treatment. Typically, the areas you mentioned (jowls, cheeks, and under eyes) are treated with Accutite.
