My lower face is quite heavy Especially more towards the mouth areal I was wondering what treatment is more effective 1) Accutite /Facetite 2) Buccal fat removal 3) Perioral Rejuvenation micro liposuction 4) other I would like to understand what I need to be consider such as potential facial sagging/ etc. nerve damage or anything else

Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your photos and questions! Based on the photos that you have submitted, FaceTite would be a good minimally invasive option. Buccal fat removal will not address the early jowling/heaviness that you see along your jawline, but it would slim the area of the cheeks lateral to the mouth. Ellacor may also be a good option for your, but the quality of these photos is not sufficient to give a definitive recommendation on that. I think an in-person consultation with a provider who offers all of these options would be helpful for you to weigh the advantages/disadvantages of each, and to provide accurate advice for the exact area you are most concerned with.
