I don’t even want to look in the mirror. It’s now becoming so difficult to ignore the under-my-chin skin and my neck- I’m only 34 with significant pulling under my chin and weak looking neck skin. The skin on my face is fine! I’m hoping there’s a procedure that can be done to correct this, as it’s hurting my confidence tremendously. I would do anything to fix this. Can anything help me?

These folds are actually caused by platysma muscle contractions. By relaxing these muscles with botulinum toxin injections, the folds may disappear. If the folds persist, surgery is the next option.
