I want to use resorcinol but am currently using hydroquinone. How long of a break is needed between the two?

I have been using hydroquinone 2% (brand name Ambi) to fade sunspots. I would like to get a Jessner Peel but it contains resorcinol. How long should I discontinue using hydroquinone before getting the peel? Thank you

Peels will not be enough to tighten skin but they will improve complexion and fine lines.  I suggest laser combinations and radiofrequency treatments (Thermage/Venus Legacy) to promote collagen.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Messner's peels are very effective as peel themselves. They can be used as the first agent a chemical peel treatment to allow deeper penetration of a second peeling agent like TCA. In my opinion, they can be stronger than glycolic acid peel if used with multiple passes as suggested by Dr. Emer....
