Are Jessner peels as strong/effective as a glycolic peel at 70%?

I have medium brown skin, I am Black and Native American. I was wondering if the Jessner peel is as strong or effective as a glycolic peel at 70%.I just moved to Los Angeles, and I am looking for a new dermatologist who is VERY experienced doing peels on Black skin. I'm looking forward to your responses.

I am a national expert on chemical peel burns and I would begin early treatment to help improve the future discoloration from the peel. This would include light chemical peels, Melarase AM and Melarase PM, and sunscreen. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Your skin may be sensitized to the sun after a Jessner peel. Make sure to apply sunscreen and use a skin lightener such as Melarase after your peels to avoid pigmentation. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
