Are Jessner peels as strong/effective as a glycolic peel at 70%?

I have medium brown skin, I am Black and Native American. I was wondering if the Jessner peel is as strong or effective as a glycolic peel at 70%.I just moved to Los Angeles, and I am looking for a new dermatologist who is VERY experienced doing peels on Black skin. I'm looking forward to your responses.

Messner's peels are very effective as peel themselves. They can be used as the first agent a chemical peel treatment to allow deeper penetration of a second peeling agent like TCA. In my opinion, they can be stronger than glycolic acid peel if used with multiple passes as suggested by Dr. Emer.

depending on the number of passes jessners can be more inflammatory and stronger than glycolic.  i suggest a formal consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist who treats dark skinned patients.  Best, Dr. Emer.
