I am 6 weeks post rhinoplasty and I am concerned about the size and shape of my nostrils. They are much more noticeable now. Will this get better over the next few months or should I expect this as part of my final results? See pics for side by side comparison.

I agree that your nose is a little crooked but not bad. Also your tip is bulbous and your nostrils flare. These can all be addressed with standard rhinoplasty techniques. It will however require breaking the bones and the nose may still be a little asymmetrical afterwards .

It's definitely possible to fix issues such as a 'hanging columellar' after a rhinoplasty without having to go through something as significant as a full rhinoplasty. From the photos, it looks like your columella could be improved by trimming the lower edge of the septum to lift the columella....
