Can nose picking following rhinoplasty effect scar tissue formation in the nose tip or supratip?

Thanks so much for reaching out. In short, yes. Picking your nose and disturbing the surgical site after surgery can have detrimental effects to your final result. By continuing to irritate the area  can prolong inflammation.  Inflammation in turn can cause more scar tissue formation. Things such as a saline rinse may help the feeling of needing to pick your nose. Again it is strongly recommend Not to pick your nose after rhinoplasty especially during the early healing time.I hope this helps :-)
