At a whopping 190, I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been & my ultimate goal is to get back down to 135-140. Is there any procedure that I could have done that would help jumpstart the process? Is it naïve of me to think that after having the CoolSculpting procedure done on my abdomen & hopefully seeing great results will somehow motivate me to work much harder at attaining my goal? And are there any long-term procedures that have been developed to at least reduce cellulite, aka every woman’s nemesis?

There are actually 1-2 studies showing skin tightening from Coolsculpting alone. I wouldn’t buy any OTC RF devices - waste of money. BodyTite is best for tightening in this area. Usually there is no noticeable skin laxity after Coolsculpting
