I had precision done to my neck and jaw line, happy with the results doctor Rico took his time, he addressed my issues that I was concerned about on the neck and the jar line, Had to wear a neck brace for 3 days but did not inconvenience me I was not painful at all I also took arnica for any bruising which really helped and the swelling and 6 months later the results are better than I thought

Flanks and Saddlebags

I've had issues with saddlebags for what feels like forever. I'm not overweight, but those spots wouldn't go away. Great results!

I would highly recommend Dr. Csespanyi for Smart Lipo. He did an amazing job on the areas (flanks and hips) that were removed. In addition, Dr. Csespanyi has a great sense of humor and keeps you at ease during the procedure. Overall, I am very pleased with my results.

Needed the Chin to Look More Natural - Newport Beach, CA

Wanted to look better. This is a youthful society and I have a lot of energy and want to feel involved with all ages of people. The end result was everything I wanted without going through a full plastic surgery and the downtime associated with recovery. the procedure is also less expensive than the invasive surgery.

I had smartlipo with this doctor. He said I would only have one scar where my two bottoms meet, below my back. When I was done with the lipo, I got up only to realize I had 3 scars, one where he said I would and 2 additional ones on my back. He lied. I asked to speak to the doctor and they said he was already gone?!? It was two minutes after the lipo and he had already left. Extremely disappointing.

I went to Dr. Cespanyi’s office for vellashape, but during the consultation with his medical assistant, I decided to do the cellulaze. So they scheduled me for another consultation for cellulaze with "Dr." and charged me fully for the procedure before I even see him. Again the same medical assistant that talk to me for VS, came and answered my questions. She said if I still wanted to see the Dr. because Dr. was busy! I thought the whole point for the second consultation was seeing

Not Worth It

went to have spider veins removed and burned and blistered - Newport Beach, CA

On March 22, 2013, I went to Newport Beach MedSpa to have some superficial spider veins removed from the side of my nose. I was taken into the treatment room by the person who would be performing the treatment, Kathy Mohammadi.
