So, I have several lumps on my body, and three of them were ultra sounded by a doctor and examined externally by a dermatologist. All of the results stated that these were probably lipomas and nothing to worry about. This being said, I decided to try and shine a light through the larger one on my left flank, and it wasn't transparent. I know that non-transparent lumps in testicles are a problem, but can lipomas be non-transparent?

It is not possible to give you a diagnosis over the internet. Multiple lipomas on the forearms is a relatively common condition. Usually the lumps are slow growing or static.
