A couple of months ago ib been having pinched pains that ran along to my inner knee and felt there was a lump that reappeared but i ignored it. The pinched sensation was random it increased and i went to a dr thinking that the lipoma came back, they took a sonar , the dr said the lump was just fat. After months iv been massaging it lightly, iv been having pain around the area as if it felt bruised. Im worried if its permanent, I want to get back to workout out but the feeling is stopping me.
