Thank you for sharing your question.  If your scar was fully healed prior to your weight gain it is unlikely that it is the cause of any incision discomfort.  I would return to your surgeon to discuss your symptoms and to obtain a definite diagnosis as to the pinching sensation.  You may have scar tissue that is attached to surrounding tissues that is causing your discomfort.  Hope this helps.
