Is this localized red rash a symptom of lipo from 3 months ago? (photos)

Question

Yesterday I began experiencing intense itching on my lower back, like it’s itching underneith the skin. I didn’t attempt to itch it too much because the skin there is still pretty numb, but I did squeeze it a bit for relief. Eventually I pulled over at a visitor center and found that the area was very swollen. I used a salt, lemongrass scrub to rub over the affected area and it immediately turned bright red and mottled (the first two pictures). This morning it appears less swollen but more red.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. Without an exam, it is impossible to diagnose what is going on. If your procedure was three months ago, it is doubtful that it has anything to do with causing the problem but it might be to blame for making the problem so intense so quickly. It's difficult to answer this with just your pictures. I recommend following up with your Doctor for a formal evaluation. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. First of all, congratulations on your liposuction!
I doubt that it has something to do with your liposuction from three months ago, but we can never be too sure. The best thing to do is to go to a licensed physician and get yourself examined.
