What can I do for fibrosis 2 years after lipo? (photos)

It happens that some patients respond to liposuction with significant scarring, lumps and deformity not seen in most patients. In my experience smokers have a tendency to develop such a problem. The way to treat it is to brake lumps, scars and irregularities with liposuction cannula without doing actual liposuction. Broken, melted fat will disperse evenly over treated areas as a free floating fat grafts and, very likely, significantly improve appearance of the area. You should consult an expert in liposuction for such a revision. Good luck. 

I specialize in treating Liposuction defects and scars from surgeries etc. there are 2 options for you. you can do the Tummy Tuck if you are okay with the scar. that will improve upon the skin laxity that u have and somewhat correct the asymmetry as well. if you are not interested in TT (long scar on the lower abdomen) then it can be moderately improved with my 4-step revision surgery. there will be no visible scar (just tiny punctures) that will blend in within 2-3 months without any sequelae. there are limitations with that procedure in your case but it can be significantly improved upon. 

I would recommend an abdominoplasty to raise your abdominal skin flap, releasing all the scar tissue.  This would smooth out your abdominal wall.  The drawback is a lower abdominal scar.  

For best results improving irregularities, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Lalamiami. I am so sorry, but you have significant contour irregularities from your previous liposuction procedure. The best options for reasonable correction would be revision, including micro liposuction and fat transfer to try to improve the contour irregularities. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area with lots of experience as your revision is not straightforward. Good luck.

It looks like you have some areas where there may be a little too much fat removal and others where there is not enough removed.      You revisit with your plastic surgeon, or if they are unable to help you, see another plastics surgeon.    A revision to address the high spots, free up the adherent areas, and redistribute some fat can help achieve a much better appearance.     

There are non invasive fibrosis treatments that might slightly improve the appearances but many many sessions are required. I recommend 2 people: Linda Dunn-Carter, LE, CPCP (IG is lindadunncarter) and medicalmessageprofessionals (IG).
