I recently have gotten a dental implant after the previous failure back in January. I am 23 and was born without the permanent tooth. I am missing #7. I got the second implant 2 weeks ago and now that the swelling has gone down I am worried. If I run my tongue or finger across my gums I feel the screw I am assuming? I asked my doc and he said its my nose bone turning up. It wasn't there before the implant so I can only assume it's the screw. Will if fail again because of this?

With braces treatment , it is possible to move wisdom tooth into 2nd molar position. main factor matter for that is time. such conditions requires more time. and orthodontist will charge more for his extra efforts.
Implants in general have a very low complication rate, success is over 90%.In your situation it is hard to tell what could have occurred during the surgery that resultedin an implant infection. I would suggest having a second opinion by a surgeon or a general dentist with a higher degree...
