I had five teeth in far back taken out approx 5 weeks ago. Let me say the black in the socket must be a shadow or something. It looks very clen. A week ago my jaw popped very very loudly with immediate pain by the #18 area. Swelling, sore and mild pain. I then noticed this white bone. I went back to surgeon and said its a bone working out. I'm in the worst pain I've ever had! Hammer to the face wouldn't be as bad. I'm on pain and biotics, is this normal? Please help! Pain!
