How can I get the nose slope? (photos)

Question

Okay. So, i think i got this from my father. I have a werid nose. Its big, but thats fine. The thing thats weird about it is the way its positioned. It goes back instead of going up in sort of a slope way (pics included) note that i am overweight, but i dint think weight is a factor here. Im 19, turning 20 in a few months so im pretty sure its fully developed so its like that forever unless i get surgery. What kind of surgery would give me the ideal shape i want?

The angle between the dorsum and the maxilla is too divergent in your case, thus you have 3 thirds of the dorsum needing different management to change and make less wide / divergent such angle:-the lower dorsum, at the supratip area, needs massive to moderate lowering-the central dorsum, needs little to no lowering-the upper dorsum aka radix, needs a raise and augmentation with a graftAdditionaly you will necessarily require a tip deproyection to balance it with the new dorsum angle, and eventually the refinements or enhancements at tip or other nasal areas agreed with your surgeon.Yours is a high difficulty nose, not that much due to skills but to calculation and planning, I'd rank it 8 out of 10 scale difficulty, 3 hours minimum surgical time, plus extended time for other maneuvers discussed with the surgeon.

Note sure what you're referring to with the word "slope". However if you want to enhance your profile you'll need a rib cartilage graft to raise your bridge. Good luck

The most obvious distinction between the nose you provided as ideal and the photograph of your nose is the lack of dorsal height  especially at the root of the nose.  This creates the  exaggerated slope to the dorsum of the nose and the perception of excessive width. It also appears as though the base of the nostrils is wide.  In order to correct  these abnormalities you would need to undergo an augmentation rhinoplasty.  This means raising the dorsum of the nose to soften the slope.This will create the contour that you desire as well as  creating the illusion of narrowing by adding height..
