Based on the limited photo there are no obvious healing concerns. Continue to closely follow your surgeon's post op instructions and keep her/him informed of any questions that arise.
You are early postop and you have some bruising and you have drains in place. It is impossible to comment further and if you have concerns these need to be directed to your PS.
Hello and thanks for your question. From the appearance in the photos provided, this looks like minor bruising that would be consistent with they type of procedure you describe. If you continue to have concerns, please contact your plastic surgeon as soon as possible so that they may better answer your questions. Best wishes during your recovery,Dr. Brown
If you're talking about the bruising in the photo, and even the incision itself, then it looks generally okay. (I'm assuming you don't have another implant in there; if so, then everything is a greater concern than if you don't). You of course need to speak with your own PS for appropriate care and to have this question answered fully. I hope that this helps and good luck. Dr. Alan Engler, Member of #RealSelf500

Yes, you should wear a compression garment after explant surgery. See your surgeon immediately regarding the fluid, as this is a complication that needs to be resolved.
By reducing the areola the breast skin is tightened somewhat. The determination needs to be made if that is an adequate lift for you. An examination is needed in order to decide that. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation and di...
