I've noticed my cheeks and around mouth sagging a bit lately, dark circles under eyes have enhanced the look of this sagging. I'm 25 and have lost 15 pounds in the past couple months. What is a good option for me?

Answer: Facial shaping with filler Based on your photo it is hard to see what exactly you may need. Most likely injection of fillers into naso-labial folds, lips, cheeks would help. In-person evaluation is needed to give you a more accurate plan of treatment. Good luck.

Answer: Facial evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from facial filler injections. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
