with weight loss especially in a younger person, I would recommend a consultation and consider injectable fillers. The advantage of this approach is that it can be done gradually over time to maintain a normal result. It is also reversible so you can remove it if you don’t like the effects. 

Based on your photo it is hard to see what exactly you may need. Most likely injection of fillers into naso-labial folds, lips, cheeks would help. In-person evaluation is needed to give you a more accurate plan of treatment. Good luck.

your photograph, you may benefit from facial filler injections.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most

I recommend fillers for the folds themselves and to improve cheek volume but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Both implants and fillers in the cheeks can create good results for patients.  Both can build up the cheeks or bring symmetry to the face.  You must balance the pros and cons of each procedure and do what you feel is the best decision for you.
Fillers:
Pros: No downtime Reversible Quick
Cons: Temporary More expensive in long run
Implants Pros: Permanent Great for patients with poor bone structure Less expensive overtime
Negative: Risks associated with surgery: Possible infection, Downtime
Cost will vary depending on procedure. I recommend getting a formal consultation to discuss your desired results.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, I recommend using Voluma or Sculptra which are typically used in larger areas of the face when you desire a significant amount of volume. Voluma is derived from hyaluronic acid which is a moisturizer found naturally in your body. Sculptra unlike other injectable fillers, is a volumizing filler that causes the body to produce new collagen. This means it takes longer to show results, but also that the results may last longer than other filler. For more information, I recommend getting an in-person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist.

A full set of facial photographs are required to make a determination about being a candidate for temporary fillers, or permanent cheek implants. Volumizing fillers (Juvederm Voluma or Radiesse) would be a natural  nonsurgical look to restore the volume loss in your cheeks and temples from weight loss. It can also help lift and improve nasolabial fold creases (sagging skin around the mouth). The results would not be permanent, but would last 12-24 months depending on the cheek filler product used.  A little filler in the right spots, combined with a little weight loss can really make your features pop.  There is no substitute for an in-person consultation, but I hope this helps you realize you have good options!
