Incisions can feel tender for weeks and months after surgery. As long as your incisions aren't red, warmer or irritated, they should be okay.

Thank you for your inquiry.  If your plastic surgeon was satisfied that you were healing normally at your last appointment and there has been no change since then, you may simply have some prolonged tenderness.  If you develop new symptoms it would be worthwhile to update the surgeon and they can advise you whether a sooner followup appointment should be made.

Yes, it is normal to have tenderness and firmness. This can last for many many months and will resolve over the course of a year. The initial firmness will last a good 3-6 months and will get better as all scars mature and re-model for 12 months minimum.

It is normal to have tenderness on your incisions up to 6 months post op. Usually by then they start to smooth out . You can use scar creams that help control the redness and discomfort.Best wishes 

Sorry you're having some discomfort. Most likely the issues that you're having or minor and will improve with time and massage. I would convey these concerns your plastic surgeon. But more than likely be symptoms will improve their own.
