I am considering teardrop implants, but know that many doctors think round implants feel more natural. I also don't like the risk of rotation. I don't want roundness on top, though, which I why I liked the anatomical shape.

When in the body, the round implants take on a very natural shape if you are upright, as the silicone migrates to the lower pole of the implant. Two factors help with this:1. The profile of the implant - The higher profile implants give a more rounded appearance of the breast, which can take away from the natural slope. I would suggest a moderate or moderate plus profile to avoid the implanted look.2. The position of the implant - The submuscular placement of the implant gives a more natural slope of the breast.
