What can be done to correct irregularities along my alar margins 1 year after rhinoplasty? (photos)

I had a rhinoplasty May 2023. My goal was to ad projection to the tip and bridge of my nose. My doctor went overboard and performed an alarplasty that I did not need or ask for, and she didn’t do it properly which has left me with issues I don’t know if I will be able to fix.
