Say I had a nose job and would still like my tip to be rotated another 5-10 degrees upward could this be a minor in office procedure? What’s things can be done to achiever this without having to go under general anesthesia and go through another surgery all over again? Please note I don’t want Botox or filler I want a permanent solution. Additionally, I don’t want my nose to be deprojected or projected. I think it looks great. Just want the tip lifted another 5-10 degrees.
