How concerned should I be about my swelling and scar tissue? 13 months postop (Photo)

I got my first revision rhinoplasty June 2023 in Turkey. I wanted my bridge to be narrower and my nose to be less bulbous. Immediate postop pics looked good and it looked good after 2-3 months but then the bridge began to look wider. I've taken adderall since then and I'm also worried I ruined it by picking. I got steroid injections in june + september should i get more?Here's preop pics, immediate postop, 2 months postop, 7 months postop, and 13 months postop

I see what you're talking about concerning the upper part of the nose. Is there a big rib graft in there? That graft might be wide, making the upper bridge and radix appear wide between your eyes and making those shadows. You mention that the nose looks Romanesque. Well, one really needs to see...
