How concerned should I be about my swelling and scar tissue? 13 months postop (Photo)

I got my first revision rhinoplasty June 2023 in Turkey. I wanted my bridge to be narrower and my nose to be less bulbous. Immediate postop pics looked good and it looked good after 2-3 months but then the bridge began to look wider. I've taken adderall since then and I'm also worried I ruined it by picking.
