I have fatty liver (which I’m trying to reverse through diet). I have lost a lot of weight so have hanging skin. But I have really bad health anxiety. I keep hearing stories of people getting surgery and the doctor incidentally finding terminal illness on organs, for example cirrhosis on the liver. Is this something that happens during tummy tuck? All my labs are normal and I’ve had ultrasound. I’m just scared of finding bad stuff when I’m cut open for tummy tuck.
