Cost of Chin Lipo?

There are not a lot of plastic surgeons who specialize in liposuction.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery of Liposuction is in reality quite small.
Almost 100% of people seeking liposuction of the chin and neck have an undersized mandible, which is the primary underlying ideology, not fat distribution.
This is not to say that Liposuction of the chin and neck cannot deliver good results.
When done by the right provider on patients who are good candidates the results can be stunning almost approaching facelift type results.
This however, only represents the best of the best, and in reality average results are not nearly that impressive.
Spending $4000 on a mediocre outcome is probably a poor decision compared to spending six or $7000 and getting an exceptional outcome or at least coming out with a clear understanding of where you are on the candidates spectrum.
Spending more, however, this not give any guarantees that you’re going to have a better outcome.
Price probably has little to do with quality of results though the best surgeons typically don’t give deep price discounts.
In regards to outcome, there are really only two variables. The first is the patient’s candidacy for the procedure and the second is the skill of the provider.
None of the adjuvant, skin tightening procedures, including Facetite or Renuvion add any real improvement and outcom Especially not in comparison to provider selection.
There isn’t much patients , can do regarding their own candidacy other than potentially lose weight.
What patients have control over is provider selection.
Finding the right plastic surgeon is more difficult than most people realize.
Provider selection is so important that I would simply ignore price until you know you have found the right surgeon first.
Finding the right provider requires having multiple in person consultations IMO.
Overall, I don’t think patients do a very good job at provider selection.
I did not think you can choose the right provider without having in person consultations.
The biggest mistake I see patients make is having only one consultation and then scheduling surgery.
The only worst decision is having only one consultation without meeting the surgeon in person.
Having multiple in person consultations is time consuming and may include some financial outlay.
Considering that you’ll be carrying the result for the rest of your life, it is time and money well spent
To find the right provider first make a list of providers seem to have excelled at Liposuction.
Get a set of standard facial pictures to use as reference during the consultation.
Schedule in person consultations with the providers on the list.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of the before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial characteristics to your own.

Look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures to get an idea.
A highly experienced plastic surgeon should have more before after you have time to look at during the consultation.
Learn to differentiate between quality outcomes and try to get an understanding of what type of facial characteristics are prone to having the best results
Most patients don’t have experience consulting with plastic surgeons.
The more consultations you schedule the better you’ll be at the process.
The more consultations you schedule the more likely you are the better provider for your needs.
I find too many patients falling into the trap of the convenience of having virtual consultations, thinking that board certified plastic surgeons with good reputations should have mastered liposuction of the chin and neck.
Poorly done, Liposuction can leave people permanently disfigured, and once the procedure is done, it can’t be undone.
When in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations.
