Weird fat deposit on neck a year past lipo - what's to be done? (Photo)

Hi, I(30yo) had chin lipo a year ago. As the swelling went down,I started noticing this weird fat deposit between my jaw and my neck. It doesn't at all look like a regular Venus ring. On the left side, you can clearly see the "step" where this fat deposit starts. Considering precision Tx, Botox to the platysma and filler into the wrinkle. Also hoping to get a bit of prejowling targeted with precision(it's mostly fat,not skin.Always had it). Does that seem like the way to go?

If there is a small amount of fat that was left behind after your liposuction procedure, touch ups may be performed with local anesthetic and minimal inconvenience.
