I had a breast lift with implants almost a year ago (June 8th will be a year) and I am wondering why my breasts are still saggy . I had 500cc on my right breast, and 450 (i think) on my left and they are moderate plus mentor silicone. My right breast is a lot more saggy then my left, and they still look like they need to be lifted. I’m not sure what to do and I am bummed I paid as much as i did for this surgery .
Answer: Implants Your large implants are too heavy for your stretched out tissue and are sagging. You need to go smaller and relift if you want the girls to stay up longer.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The lollipop technique you underwent only pulls side to side and does not create a vertical lift. Also, 500 cc implants weigh 1 lb each and they loaded down the effect of the lift. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Revision Breast Lift Although your nipple areolar complex was originally low, you had little excess skin. This made the combination of an implant, which increases breast volume, and a breast lift, which decreases the surface area of the breast mound, a difficult surgery to perform well. Bottom line is now that you have 'dropped and fluffed', you would benefit from a revision breast lift.

Answer: Breast lift It’s not clear what type of lift you had. A donut type lift would not be sufficient to raise your breasts enough if that’s what you had. The breasts can be lifted further but would entail more scars
