7 months post op 300cc round smooth silicone implants. Have asymmetry and rippling. Options? (photos)

The dual plane technique cuts the attachment of the pectoralis major muscle and the weight of the implants is only held by the skin envelope. You need explant or smaller implants with plication of the pockets.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice

You appear to have very little tissue than can hide the ripples or support the weight of these implants. I would suggest going smaller and using some of the capsule to help tighten the lower and lateral pocket. Dermal grafts like Alloderm can also be helpful to give more support and tissue.
