I’m 29 yo, its been over 7 months post op. I have 300cc round smooth silicone implants dual plane II. After 3 months I noticed visible rippling while bending over on left implant, my surgeon told me its the capsule - but breast is soft. Also asymmetry started to occur and now left breast is much lower then right. It also seems bigger and more soft. Lately I have also noticed fold in lower part of right breast also with rippling while bending over. Is it the double bubble?

Your lateral pockets can be tighten to prevent them moving so far to the outside of your breasts. You probably need a lift to help tighten your breast tissue, not implants, so the tissue is positioned well.
Thank you for your question. It is hard to say by just looking on the photo, but it can be caused by the left implant slightly dropping, right breast to be more prone to sagging or the capsule on the left breast might be thicker, which makes the implant going up. If the cause is in the implant...
