Bone spur. Does my septum need to be corrected? (Photo)

apple1937
On the inside right side of my nose I feel a sharp like bony ball near the base and the wall of the right nose is also somewhat bony. The left side feels completely fine. Went to get other opinions and surgeons said septum is too much to the right and as a result you are actually feeling the septum and it needs to be corrected. My nose is straight though? Can someone please give some input?
