Your nose can be perfectly straight on the outside, but on professional examination of the interior nose by a physician, you could have a deviated nasal septum. This is a common and treatable condition. The septal cartilage normally sits on a bony structure called the maxillary crest. If your septum is deviated, this maxillary crest may be what you are feeling. Bone spurs are typically located further back into your nose, so it is unlikely that you are touching a spur. Sometimes nasal injuries can cause abnormal bony growth of the septal structures too. Nevertheless, please leave your nasal examination to experienced professionals and stop placing your fingers inside of your nose. You may accidentally cause bigger problems by probing and touching the inside surfaces. This could lead to bleeding, infection, hematoma, nasal septal perforation or worse. I would recommend getting another opinion from a reputable, experienced Facial Plastic Surgeon or ENT. Sometimes nasal endoscopy or CT scans can help in your evaluation. Hope this reply helps.
