Can I get chin filler for a more V-shaped chin?

Chin injections are an excellent way to address the issues that you are having with the post operative appearance of your chin.  Dermal fillers such as Radiesse will take care of the deep labio mental sulcus and add projection to the specific areas of your chin that you would like treated.  I would not use Radiesse in the lips but you may find that after chin injections are performed that your lips will appear less asymmetric as there will now be support for the lower lip.

Fillers in the chin can help contour the chin. You will need 1-2 mL of filler to start and obviously you need to maintain it. I think this is achievable with dermal filler, although I would definitely recommend you speak with your previous surgeon to make sure they were agreeable to you having filler after surgery. I see a lot of Asian patients who are often keen for a V shape and a lengthened chin. It might take a couple of sessions and be prepared for a reasonable about of filler as the chin often needs a decent amount of filler.
